We want you to love your Heaven Can Wait pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
